Every year, Cartier invites its top high-value luxury customers to preview its upcoming collection in an exotic and sophisticated environment. 2013 marked the third year that Cartier honored ADKOA with the opportunity to design the invitation, itinerary, and program inspired by its allegoric film, L’Odyssée de Cartier.
Our team developed a sophisticated graphic control element to organize each guest’s travel information. This allowed us to design highly detailed wireframes that were customized for each guest’s experience.
THE ART OF EXPLORATION
Our concept focused on the iconic Cartier panther’s journey through Lisbon. We didn’t have the luxury of shooting on location, so our illustrator used a combinational approach of pen, ink, and wash to create 16 illustrations that captured the elegance of Cartier and depicted the panther’s weeklong journey.
LOYAL TO LUXURY
We designed a creative, digitally savvy way to deliver the invitations: iPad minis, the hottest new gadgets on the tech market that year. Each iPad featured the app that we designed for the preview. To give the whole experience an extra-luxurious touch, we placed iPads in signature Cartier boxes and hand-delivered them to each customer.
